Business Sweden is looking for a passionate administrative assistant / Junior accountant that likes to work with innovative and fast-growing companies in projects as well as taking the lead regarding administrative tasks of the office. You will have the possibility to work in an international environment with colleagues located in more than 40 countries. The role requires you to be fluent in English both written and spoken.- Business Sweden is located in 40+ countries and has 550+ employees all over the world. Our office in Chile is located in Las Condes. We provide consultancy services and administrative support to Swedish companies operating in Chile._**What will you do?**You will report to the country manager delivering daily administrative tasks:- Prepare payments by accruing expenses, assigning account numbers, initiating disbursements.- Upload monthly payments into the bank accounts.- Prepare invoicing to customers, accruing revenue, recording customer payments.- Prepare and archive physical files as part of monthly closure.- Perform payroll tasks such as revision of expense reports from employees, vacation days.- Revise accounting books delivered by external accounting bureau and archive accounting files accordingly.- Translate monthly reports into English (excel and power point).You will also maintain a close dialogue with the Accounting and Lawyer firm. We expect that you are on top of updates from Chilean authorities such as Tax Authority (SII) and Social Security Authority (Previred).You will also be responsible for administrative routines of the office with practical tasks related to the weekly maintenance of the office, such as communication with office suppliers, purchase of office supplies, etc.SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS**Technical Skills**- Degree in accounting OR similar field- At least 1 year of relevant work experience- Fluency in English and Spanish, both in writing and speaking- Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Powerpoint)- Knowledge in use of accounting systems such as Nuvox or similar**Soft Skills**- Ability to prioritize efficiently and strong accountability for meeting deadlines.- Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret and analyze data.- Ability to adapt to changing business needs and welcome new challenges.- Collaborative, social and team-working skills are highly valued.- Respectful of organizational policies and governed based on ethical and honest conduct.- Resilient, with strong work capacity and proven ability to adapt, must be a "results driven" individual.**Experience of following is an advantage**- Knowledge in Chilean tax system.- Experience from Payroll and HR-tasks.- Knowledge of benefits administration.- Knowledge of IFRS principles.**Benefits**- Salary net 1 million CLP per month- Complementary health insurance- 20 days vacation 1st year- 25 days vacation 2nd yearGREAT PLACE TO WORKGlobal exchanges and career opportunitiesExclusive focus on our client's growth agendaExtensive responsibilityDiversified teams with world class colleaguesTraining academy for continuous developmentEntrepreneurial environmentABOUT THE COMPANYAt Business Sweden, we do management consulting with a higher purpose: to contribute to the welfare of society by accelerating the growth of Swedish companies abroad and by helping international companies to invest and expand in Sweden.
