Our Santiago office has an opportunity for a Finance Administrative, who will provide proactive support to the Finance Services team, completing accounts/accounting tasks as required. Deliver services to ensure compliance with all company policies, internal controls, and procedures.
Specific responsibilities will include: Support FS function by undertaking the duties assigned as outlined in the Finance Services duty statements.Ensure compliance with all GHD Finance policies and procedures.Provide continuous feedback to the Manager/Team Leader, including matters relating to compliance with company policies and procedures.Facilitate a co-operative and knowledge sharing environment within team and other operating centers.Assist the team on other tasks or projects as required.Successful skills & qualifications: Strong communication skills demonstrated ability to communicate and explain regulations, policies, processes, and guidelines in plain English and Spanish.Strong attention to detail and proficient in collating, organising and analysing data.Excellent time management skills and proven ability to work under pressure, plan and prioritise workload.Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word).Excellent coordination skills with understanding of when to escalate issues.1-2 years' experience in handling accounts payable, accounts receivable, travel & expense accounting, balance sheet reconciliation, master data management, and basic to intermediate understanding of Accounting and Finance processes desirable.Certificate or bachelor's degree in accountancy or any Finance-related course desirable.If you're interested in pursuing this opportunity, please submit an application including your English CV!
