The role and responsibilitieswill include business planning and targeting, relationship building,marketing & business development to secure commissions, recruitment ofmanagement and technical Staff relating to delivery, establishing aculture of quality delivery, delivery itself and providing directionand quality management of mega commissions, cross trading and sellingof the suite of **Turner & Townsend** services.
**BusinessPlanning**: - Develop a business plan to sell services withclear accountability and targets
- Implement plans and targets andmonitor selected locally based global and regional key accounts
-Review the business plan, key accounts and take corrective action
-Agree major programme priorities and plan for fees ,services andstaffing including recruitment needs
- Marketing and BusinessDevelopment, to include: - Prioritize clients on revenues andmargins, current and potential
- Build personal relationships withdecision makers
- Manage team relationship building process
-Manage Sales process
- Convert opportunities through management ofbid process
- Adapt new product Service Development from region andglobal
**Operations and delivery**: - Manage and overseeoperations position will be billable until staff complement of 10-12is reached
- Manage Quality Assurance process
- Conduct ClientCare process
- Manage more work process with key account Plans
-People Management
- Oversee with HR the people process "recruit toretire"
- Use regional and on the job training forstaff
**Commercial Management**: - Manage process ofcommercial bidding with financial manager
- Assess financialperformance of ongoing jobs and seek improvement
- Manage billingprocess and interact with Financial Director, CommissionManagers
**KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS**: - Achievement ofIndustry sales budget
- Sales and delivery to target
- Staffsatisfaction and retention to target
- Client satisfaction asmeasured in the client care process
- Services and delivery modeldevelopment as measured in targetedmargins Qualifications**
REQUIREMENTS**: - Degreed,ideally has worked overseas
- 15 years plus experience in miningconsultancy or contractor
- Project controls background withemphasis on cost management;
- Has an established network in Chileto gain market intel, get introductions, sell to;
- Is able to coldcall and set up meetings with support;
- Has collaborative mindsetable to work with other countries in region ;
- Can preparepresentations, is able to present to audiences and clients;
- Isable to manage and deliver projects as required
