Brand DevelopmentManager at BairesDev We are looking for an experienced BrandDevelopment Manager to join our Marketing team and develop a Brandstrategy. This professional will be responsible for executing highlyeffective communications plans through deeply understanding theconsumer and our target market, achieving profit, and maximizing thebrand's long-term potential. What You Will Do: -Identify how our brand is currently positioned in the market, design aresearch-based brand strategy, lead cross-functional project teamsfocused on the execution of branding programs, initiatives, and/orstrategies, measuring and report on the success of brand marketingcampaigns.
- Develop and maintain the brand messaging and brandvisual elements, developing and executing marketing campaigns aimed atcommunicating our brand message, increasing brand awareness andconsideration as well as building market position, ensuringconsistency with the tone of voice and brand messaging.
- Analyzecustomer knowledge, trends, market analysis, and best marketingpractices to create successful brand strategies, anticipating consumertrends to keep the brand up to date.
- Own the development andimplementation of brand marketing strategies, developing, executing,and tracking collateral materials for internal and externalpurposes.
- Establish positioning, identify the objective audienceand develop marketing plans with specific objectives in differentchannels and segments.
- Communicate our brand personalityinternally and align the company around foundational concepts, actingas a Steward to the company's brand strategy and positioning platform,researching and determining product weaknesses and areas to overcomewith developing brand identity. Here's what we are lookingfor: - Proven work experience in Brand Development, with apositive track record in designing and implementing successful digitalmarketing campaigns.
- Experience in managing a high-performanceteam, with excellent analytical and project management skills.
-Experience in B2B service marketing.
- Solid knowledge of onlinemarketing tools and best practices.
- Creativity, strategicthinking, and trend savviness, with a deep understanding of how allcurrent digital marketing channels work.
- Highly motivated,flexible, and service-oriented, with strong prioritization, timemanagement, and organizational skills.
- Versatile, goal-oriented,driven, proactive, and experienced in networking and influencingdecision-makers.
