**Primary Responsibilities**:- Conducting business development and generating leads inside a range of organisations to include public bodies, commercial businesses, private trusts, Sports Clubs and other institutions.- Expand the horizons of Tower Development in Chile and increase brand awareness throughout the sector- Target, canvas and secure partners under the Landlord Infrastructure Partnership Initiative- Generate meetings with potential stakeholders and register interests where opportunities arise- Understand current market commercials and interface with operators where necessary to promote collaboration- Proactively building relations with the mobile operators, Tower Co's, site development companies and other industry players- Prospecting/ generating acquisition leads - identifying new BTS opportunities (Towers, SLS and DAS) across Chile and greater LatAm where applicable and able. Makes outbound calls and lead follow up calls to potential customers- Identify opportunities via public procurement platforms- Delivers on monthly/quarterly/annual goals as required- Interface and collaborate with the internal teams to assist in preparing, producing and delivering submissions in response to active procurement bids/solicitations.- Manage and lead in areas to improve operator relations- Collaborate with internal marketing teams to devise and deliver targeted strategies to promote services and brand awareness in Chile- Work with internal team members to develop leads and feed direct opportunities into the development pipeline**Qualifications****Education**:- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Business, Planning, Engineering, or Construction Management**Experience**:- 10 years of related Site development, sales, business development experience preferred with a wireless industry.- Strong negotiation skills and commercial as well as MNO industry technological awareness- Experience working with local authorities and commercial entities to open up avenues collaboration- Become knowledgeable and conversant with all relevant Company systems and platforms (e.g. OneVizion, CRM, trouble ticketing, etc.)- Management experience with tower site construction and operations, as well as carrier equipment installation a plus.**Technical Skills**:- Ability to use CRM and associated dashboard and reporting functionality- Microsoft Office proficiency (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint), internet and database management)**Soft Skills**:- Sound business judgment, proven ability to influence others and strong analytical thinking skills are critical to success in this position- Ability to present a professional image to management, staff, and customers- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a team member- Organized and detail orientated- Demonstrated ability to problem solve- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines
