Daily Responsibilities:- Represent the CRM and Marketing Automation team and its capabilities to fulfill opportunities for successful agreements- Provide sales support with opportunities generated by the Salesforce Sales team- Develop and maintain relationships with Salesforce Account Executives and key personnel- Collaborate with the CRM and Marketing Automation team to plan budget expenses for sales- related initiatives- Work together with senior leadership to establish various team roles and structure to support the CRM and Marketing Automation sales organization- Support existing clients and help the account team identify opportunities, for upsell- Maintain and report a pipeline of upcoming opportunities and collaborate with the different practice areas to plan for capacity and resource allocation for upcoming projects- Follow the latest industry developments and stay up to date on corporate competitorsPreferred Qualifications:- Minimum of three (3) years of experience working in a Digital Marketing Agency or similar environment- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a Sales-related position- Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud or comparable marketing automation platform- Intermediate to advanced English written and verbal skills, including client-facing and internalTeam Focus:- Promote collaborative teamwork with your peers and clients- Keep a positive attitude and commitment towards your work- Take pride in your work and delivery of best-in-class services- Make the most of down-time with tasks that will improve your knowledge and skillsAbout Devs United:We are DEVS UNITED, a team of experienced professionals focused on customer service, providing innovative and creative Salesforce solutions.
