About the RoleUber for Business is growing fast, and we are looking for a strong Business Development Representative to drive our business forward at this exciting time. Reporting into the Enterprise Sales team of Uber for Business, you'll work closely with Account Executives and Sales Operations to increase the line of business's revenue through acquiring customers from all industries in Latin America.
We are searching for a highly motivated self-starter, who thrives in a team environment and is a natural day to day doer. Our suite of products has considerably grown in recent years, so we're looking for an all rounder with the ability to sell holistically across any organization with passion, grit and work hard!

What you'll do:Be responsible for generating revenue pipeline through outbound prospecting (cold calling / emails / Sales Navigator online messages)Build territory plans based on geography, industry, size, etcIdentify new business opportunities, prospect the right decision makersYou will be responsible for scheduling a discovery call to qualify the prospect, and schedule a follow-up call/meeting for the Account ExecutivesMeet or exceed all assigned activity and pipeline creation targetsBring a new way to prospecting and acquisition, with a customer-focused mentalityWork with the Account Executives and Sales Managers within your region to develop and iterate on a prioritization model, operational infrastructure, and internal tools and processesWhat you'll need:2+ years of B2B sales experienceA history of consistently exceeding critical metrics and activity targetsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to acquire the vital information from the prospect, while also ensuring a mutually helpful conversationTo be driven and passionate about a fast-paced team environmentExcellent organization, project management, time-management skills, and ability to take initiativeProficiency in Spanish and EnglishProficient use of SFDC and Sales NavigatorSales experience in SaaS environmentExperience on B2B prospecting and lead generationUber is proud to be an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
