Business Finance Partner Coordinator**Category**:Finance**Location**:Santiago, Región Metropolitana, CL-**The position**As a Business Finance Partner Coordinator, you will have the following responsibilities:- Assist the Business Finance Manager in the annual budgeting process, rolling estimations, and year-end landing to ensure high-quality data for meaningful business plans.- Support accurate and timely financial reporting, maintaining financial reporting data structures to meet current and future business needs.- Collaborate with the Line of Business (LoB) to closely monitor sales, operating costs, and budgets, ensuring accuracy and proper accounting of costs.- Promote a data-driven culture by utilizing digital tools and sharing insights with stakeholders and decision-makers.- Contribute to the optimization of resources and investment decisions to drive value creation for the company.**Qualifications**- Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field.- Minimum of 3 years of experience in budgeting, planning, and financial reporting.- Good understanding of financial management and controlling- Previous experience with budgeting, monthly reporting processes and with key reporting tools (e.g. PowerBI, SAP etc.) is an advantage- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is essential- Fluency in both written and spoken Spanish and English.**About the department**The Finance & Operations department is responsible for conducting the financial operations and act as business partner to the organization.
