As part of the Marketing Team, this role is responsible for collaborating with the Regional Manager Product to lead the Group mandates, standards and strategic they relate to Marketing processes across the Latin America Region, ensuring that countries teams are operating to the required standards and procedures.**What you will be doing**:- Support in product planning with the countries of the region, participation in the processes and identification of risks for the cyanide category.- Development of market intelligence information, analysis of market drivers, customers and competitors.- Analysis of profitability information and scenario analysis of the portfolio.- Systematized development of business management reports.- Development of product information and technology oriented to the dissemination and communication of the Orica offer.- Provides support to the commercial teams in the generation of proposals.- Support in the management of export permits, with interaction with the global team.- Support to the region in the use of economic models and price criteria.- Support in the evaluation of logistics options.**What you will bring**:- Degree in engineering Chemical, Mines, Metallurgy or Industrial.- At least 3-5 years' experience in Commercial, Processes, Logistics, Planning, Computer, IT, Finance.- Strong ability to develop reports and analysis of information, necessary use of Power BI software and desirable knowledge of intermediate level programming code.- Ideal experience with Data Analytics, Business Inteligente, Data Scientist and Machine learning.- Experience on: Mining, Oil & Gas, Industrial, and other relevant B2B Marketing industries.- Must be able to pass pre-employment medical checks.- knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Power Point.- Statistical analysis and use of related software.- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with a range of stakeholders.- Strong strategic and commercial acumen supported by sound commercial judgement.- Ability to plan, influence & execute.- Strong written and verbal communication skills to present strategic logic and recommended pathways, coupled with the ability to present to key stakeholders.**How you shape and influence others**:- Demonstrates courage, resilience and flexibility- Strong reputation for integrity, ethics, personal values and solid character- Strong stakeholder management, interpersonal & communication skills- Self-aware and open to feedback- Work effectively across business unit- High level decision making ability- Able to manage multiple tasks within deadlines and work independently**What we offer**:As part of a truly global company, you will have the ability to grow and learn in a diverse, collaborative culture.
