Objective: You will be responsible for receiving and managing different purchasing requirements for the different projects executed by Worley and its clients.
Responsibilities: · Prepare Supplier Lists in accordance with company procedures and Client/Project requirements.
· Prepare Purchasing Plans in accordance with company procedures and Client/Project requirements.
· Perform quotation processes, commercial appraisals and Recommendations for Purchase of materials and equipment in accordance with company procedures and Client/Project requirements.
· Perform budget quotation processes, commercial appraisals and Recommendations for study projects in accordance with company procedures and Client/Project requirements.
· Generate the PSR (Purchasing Status Report) to follow up the above mentioned quotation processes.
· Use of corporate tools.
· Reviews of the Engineering Requirements to quote from the point of view of Procurement management and lessons learned from other Projects and Companies.

· Purchase materials and equipment competitively as required by project or company needs.
· Support in the management of all simple purchasing activities.
· Identify, solicit, and select reliable sources of supply for materials, equipment, and services to support project execution and provide required services to Worley, and its customers.
What will you bring? You will have more than 5 years of experience in the position for mining projects or engineering companies.
Requirements: - Studies or experience related to the position
- Previous experience in mining projects.
- Intermediate use of Office tools
