We are looking for a CFO to join ourFinance team. The search is oriented to a strategic thinker, withgreat analytical skills and global vision. We are looking forproactive, dynamic people and team players, with great organizationalcapacity, accustomed to handle multiple tasks and with markedattention to details. What You'll Do:
- Lead theFinance area of the company reporting directly to the Board.
-Formulate and implement strategies to boost the company and make itmore efficient.
- Perform analysis of trends, productivity andquality parameters. Identify issues and implement the changes andimprovements needed to fix them.
- Manage the cash flow of thecompany.
- Identify opportunities for expansion and growth: futureinvestments, M&A, lines of business, etc.
- Develop strategies forfinancial performance monitoring.
- Carry out the structure ofreports, financial economic analysis and budgetary control.
-Manage and lead all teams in the area, getting involved in theirdevelopment and hiring strategy.
- Lead the company's IPOprocess.
Here's what we are looking for:
- Marked levelof attention to detail in daily work.
- Analytical capacity andproactivity.
- Previous experience as a CFO is mandatory.
-Previous experience in Management roles (ideally in servicecompanies).
- Strong communication skills, negotiation andinterpersonal relationships.
- Previous experience working with ITcompanies is a plus.
- IPO experience is a plus.
- Being agraduate of the career of National Public Accountant is a plus.
-Advanced English level.
