Mainstream will construct and operate renewable energy assets globally and is committed to delivering its projects to the highest safety standards.**What are we looking for?**Mainstream Renewable Power is looking for an Inter who will provide essential support in various aspects of the team's requirements, aiming for a comprehensive understanding of the processes involved in the Development Team. This role involves assisting in the strategy and execution of document management for Mainstream's renewable energy projects in Chile and Colombia during their development stages.The intern will contribute to improving Mainstream Renewable Power's processes by administering and implementing effective document management systems, ensuring efficient management and secure safeguarding of valuable company documents, particularly in the Development Area.Additionally, the intern will be responsible for storing, tracking, and accessing key project information in a swift, reliable, and organized manner through the proficient administration of documents related to projects under development**What challenges will you face?**- Provide support and assist in different types of requirements of the team, to acquire deep understanding of the processes that must be carried out to develop a renewable energy generation project.- Support the strategy and execution of the document administration on the renewable energy projects that Mainstream has in Chile and Colombia in the development stage, allowing to improve the processes of Mainstream Renewable Power.- Support in administering and implementing document administration on the systems to ensure the efficient management and proper safeguarding of records of documents of value to the company, in specifically for the Development Area.- Store, track, and access key project information easily, quickly, and reliably through document administration of projects under development.**What knowledge do you require?****Education**Student of Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or other related field with interest in document management.**Knowledge and Skills**- Handling of information management systems, records and document storage.- Use of computer systems and software for these purposes (Sharepoint, Excel, others).- Proactive and interested in working in the renewable energy sector.- Reading comprehension, assertive communication.- Evaluation and control of activities.- Management of material resources.- Critical thinking.- Text writing.- Management of interpersonal relationships.**What we offer?**We offer you the opportunity to work in a dynamic and entrepreneurial organisation, a diverse workplace with regards to gender, age and cultural background in a growing market in a fast-paced industry."This job offer encourages the inclusion of people with disabilities in the workplace."
