We possess a unique organizational culture, combined with a vibrant and fast-paced working environment for driven people who want to grow their career in finance and do so with one of the world's fastest-growing FX brokers.**The Role**Our Client Services Officer provides exceptional client experiences through pre- and post**Your key responsibilities include**:- Monitoring and responding to the main client services inbox and other avenues of client inquires to ensure clients are responded to in an accurate and timely manner- Recording and cataloguing client issues and requests to provide actionable insight to management- Maintaining and updating our Website Support Page and Knowledge Base- Maintenance and improvement of client communication channels and methods- Improving the Conversion and Retention ratios for clients who contact the Client Services team- Developing a working knowledge of Customer Due Diligence and helping with back-office functions, such as creating client accounts while upholding compliance and regulatory requirements**About you**:- Demonstrated experience working in a similar role- Strong customer focus, the ability to relate to and understand our clients and a passion for providing excellent customer service- Proven ability to effectively communicate both written and verbal- Attention to detail with the ability to maintain quality even in busy times- Strong relationship building skills, both internally and externally- Ability to use good judgment, act and make decisions with integrity- Desire and passion for continuous learning, improvement, and innovation- Ability to effectively collaborate and work as part of a team- Ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-evolving environment where priorities can change quickly- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Spanish as well as English**It's good to have**:- Relevant Bachelor's Degree (Business, Finance, Management, Economics)- Experience in financial services and a basic understanding of and interest in trading, financial markets**About Pepperstone**Pepperstone is an online Forex and CFD Broker providing traders across the globe with cutting edge technology to trade the world's markets.
