By adding value to the nation's key resources they are attracting diverse new industries and creating jobs, enriching life for everyone by generating sustainable economic and social development.**LHR GLOBAL**We are a Multi-National Talent Acquisition Company with offices in America and Saudia Arabia.**EXPERIENCE/SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE**- 17 years of relevant work experience.- Relevant experience in project management including plan development, team management, delivery, and deployment.- Knowledge in Management Accounting and Business Analytics.**COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS**- Strategic thinking.- Decision making.- Leads and inspires.- Delegation.- Develop others.**EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS**- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.- Training or qualification in the field of Economics, Business, Public Policy, Engineering or equivalent.**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**- Develop long-term strategy to materialize the company's objectives. Ensure effective cascading of long-term strategy into business plan to ensure vertical alignment and horizontal integration with other interfacing departmental strategies.- Develop business plan with proper guidelines and information. Establish an effective corporate planning model, to guide and develop the various plans and stimulate continuous improvement in the planning process.- Lead or support other related departments in coordinating with shareholders and third parties for business arrangement, case by case, to ensure the alignment between shareholder's requirements and the developed business plans.- Develop and oversee the implementation of Corporate Planning department policies, procedures and controls covering all areas of department activity so that all relevant requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service.- Implement company-wide cost monitoring to ensure alignment with business plan and operating budget limits. Ensure compliance with corporate budgetary requirements and guidelines.- Play the role of Secretary of Management Committee.- Perform any other duties and responsibilities as designated by the CFO.**THE STAGES OF THIS PROCESS ARE**:**1. **Resume Evaluation**:A member of our recruitment team will evaluate that your resume matches the client's job description requirement.Use the job description requirements to highlight your relevant experience and skills.Be specific and describe the significance of your work, keyword alignment is important. Furthermore, your English level will be evaluated at this stage; ONLY advanced speakers will approve this evaluation.If this preliminary phone/video interview is successful, your resume will be submitted to our client.If your preliminary phone/video interview is not successful, our Talent Acquisition consultant will inform you.2.2 Client phone/video interview: This interview will happen only if your resume is approved by our client, we cannot guarantee the time our client will take to approve your resume, but it should take less than a week.If your resume is approved a member of the Talent Acquisition Team from our client will schedule a call with you to evaluate your qualifications.If your phone interview is successful, the hiring team will further evaluate your resume, and they will invite you to a video interview when hiring managers are available.If your resume is not approved, LHR Americas will inform you.A successful interview may result in a conditional offer of employment.
