This role will directly partner with several key partners to build targeted growth plans, activate our brands digitally and assess the data to measure results and contribute to broader channel and category insights.The CP&A E-Commerce Executive with sales teams execute the channel plan for each sub channel: Omnichannel, E-Convenience & Market Places, support the execution all activities, ensuring Brilliant Execution to deliver our key targets: Quality Market Share, NSV, Strengthen Commercial Execution, Trade Investment Management, Control & Compliance.This role will directly partner with several key partners internal and external, to build targeted growth plans, activate our brands digitally and assess the data to measure results and contribute to broader channel and category insights.About YouKey Outputs/Deliverables:- Lead the Customer Planning process within Diageo for the e-commerce clients- Guarantee that the E-Commerce trade strategy is embedded in all the promotional and activity plans of our customer portfolio and ensure brilliant execution and deliver Execution Tracker >95%.- Management of the budget through the tools that the company provides, as well as ensuring compliance with the controls associated with them.- Monitor and Evaluate return on investment of working Trade Spend, Price Promotions, Non-Price Sales Drivers and A&P Spend, identify optimization opportunities.- Performance Management of Customer & Channel Plans (Pre & Post Evaluate)- Input into One Plan (Supply) Process- Performs regular CPR's with key customers and Sales Teams to find opportunities and provide solutions to drive incremental sales.- Ensures full compliance with CARM, Diageo Code of Conduct and DMC.- Performs other related duties as assigned.Qualifications and Experience Required- Bachelor's Degree required in Business or related field.- English and Spanish required.- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and /or customer marketing /trade marketing areas with specific experience of distributor-based businesses.- Understanding about how the total sales organization operates and how to drive its effectiveness.- Ability to establish relationships and work collaboratively internally and externally with good influential and negotiation skills.- Ability to work around and within a variety of different market conditions and demographic factors.- Strong analytical, presentation and project management skills.- Proactive, self-motivated, tenacious with commercial drive and commercial curiosity.- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.**Benefits**:We offer a highly competitive rewards and benefits package includingFlexibilityThis is key to success in our business and many of our staff work flexibly in many different ways, including part-time and compressed hours.
