**Customer Service>Customer Support Management LATAM South**Service Department Latam South**Responsibilities**- To secure high quality customer relationship, leading to increase customer satisfaction and renewal of service contracts.- To work together and communicate effectively with all departments to maintain a good level of interaction within the field and within the office to quickly inform and advise customers on all service operations, plan changes, delays, cost overruns, safety and environmental issues, etc.- To be commercially aware of the contract's financial performance and requirements and inform /escalate cost overruns, requests out of scope and transition to new contracts.- Act as counterpart to customer's responsible manager.- Own the contract making sure that Vestas delivers according to the scope of the contract.- Own, handle and record all customer issues in a systematic way, using available tools (SAP, CRM, etc).- Ensure correct information in SAP related to contractual obligations, quotations, invoicing etc.- Report to Service Commercial Team Leader LATAM North/South.- Seek for new opportunities in the market for both aftermarket and O&M.**Qualifications**- University degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or similar.- At least 5 years of experience preferred in a customer-facing role (e.g. sales, project management, contract management, particularly with large complex customers), ideally within the energy market.- Commercial orientation.- Familiarity with complex technical machinery, plant, processes, and systems.- Good business sense and good economical understanding of contracts.- English and Spanish - Advanced level**Competencies**- Structured and professional- Have good communication skills and able to communicate professionally to customers- Outgoing and innovative attitude- Able to cope with high level of change and priority- High skills in time management- Have positive mindset and inclusive attitude**What We Offer**Being part of a very motivated team, in a fast-growing company with long term goals and contracts.**BEWARE - RECRUITMENT FRAUD****About Vestas**Vestas is the energy industry's global partner on sustainable energy solutions.
