Location: Remote Role Overview: This client seeks a Customer Success Manager (CSM) to ensure our customers achieve their desired outcomes while using our fire investigation software. This role involves managing renewals, providing light support, and ensuring accurate contract and metrics management. Key Responsibilities: •Oversee the renewal process, proactively engaging with customers to ensure continued satisfaction and retention. •Provide light support and assist with accounting and bookkeeping tasks. •Ensure accurate tracking and management of customer success metrics. •Maintain high levels of customer engagement and satisfaction. Ideal Candidate Profile: •Experience in customer success, with the ability to manage renewals and support inquiries. •Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage contracts and metrics. •Excellent communication skills •A background in fire safety, public sector, or SaaS is beneficial.
