Data Analyst

**Key Responsibilities**:- Develop and maintain BI and analytics reports in SQL, ensuring they meet the needs of the business.- Analyze data trends and provide actionable insights to various departments.- Utilize BI tools like Metabase and data warehouses such as Snowflake to extract, analyze, and report data.- Employ data visualization tools and techniques to effectively communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.- Conduct statistical analysis, quantitative analysis, and predictive modeling to support decision-making processes.- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reports and analyses through data governance practices.- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or comparable work experience.- Almost native spoken, written, and understanding of the English language.- 3-4 years of hands-on work experience in data analysis.- Expertise in SQL and proficiency in BI tools like Metabase.- Experience with Snowflake or similar data warehouses.- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.- Experience with programming languages such as Python or R for data manipulation and statistical analysis is highly desirable.- Experience with ETL processes and familiarity with data modeling and database design principles is a plus.- Strong project management and interpersonal skills.
