profitable growth, deliver a world- Class customer experience and manage the regional Repairs P&LKey Accountabilities and ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the Repairs P&L in the assigned regionParticipate/support development of the repairs process/operating standardImplement and follow- Up strategy for the Repairs business in the market areaDeployment and usage of Repairs processes, procedures, Repairs Management System RMS,standard repairs products, pricing instructions, and reporting systemSupport MA´s with labor and machine capacity management, resourcing, training and developing capability to deliver an exceptional customer experienceLead through coaching and influencing to drive profitable Repairs growth in the regionConfidential Work with MA-s to identify and capture growth opportunitiesConfidential Plan and develop additional Repairs capabilities together with the MAEstablish and review business and performance targetsDrive and oversee Quality Management System & continuous improvement process for all Service Centers in the region, supporting ISO certificationsAudits of Repair facilities on safety, quality, process, documentation and reportingDrive end to end cooperation between Market Areas and the Repairs Product GroupLead change management initiatives for Repairs in the regionConfidential Be a strong change leaderConfidential Promote a
