As the Events Manager, you will be a vital part of our marketing team, responsible for creating immersive experiences that promote our innovative electric vehicles and sustainable mobility solutions. This role requires a creative, organized, and results-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering memorable events that align with our brand values.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement comprehensive event strategies tailored to the East Coast market, aligning with Fisker's brand identity and business objectives.- Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of events, including product launches, test drive experiences, roadshows, industry conferences, and partnerships.- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and external partners, to ensure the seamless execution of events.- Source and manage event vendors, negotiate contracts, and oversee event logistics, including venue selection, catering, AV setup, and transportation.- Create engaging event concepts that showcase Fisker's commitment to sustainability, cutting-edge technology, and exceptional customer experiences.- Develop and manage event budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective event planning.- Utilize social media and marketing channels to promote events and maximize attendance.- Lead event registration, attendee management, and post-event evaluations to measure success and gather feedback.- Establish relationships with key industry partners and local organizations to enhance event reach and impact.- Stay current with event trends, technologies, and competitor activities to keep Fisker at the forefront of event innovation.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.- 5+ years of event planning experience, preferably in the automotive or technology industry.- Proven track record of planning and executing successful events with a focus on delivering memorable experiences.- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines concurrently.- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.- Familiarity with event management software and tools.- Ability to work flexible hours as needed for event execution.- Passion for sustainable practices and interest in electric vehicle technology is a plus.- Available to work weekends and travel a must.Expected Salary Range: $56,140.00 - 110,390.00 per year.Benefits: Fisker provides comprehensive medical, prescription, dental, vision, and disability insurance packages for full-time employees, their spouse or domestic partner, and children up to age 26. Coverage is effective on the first day of employment, and Fisker covers most of the premiums for employees.**Salary**: The salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors including market location, job-related knowledge, education/training, certifications, key skills, experience, internal peer equity as well as business considerations. Fisker reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position within the salary range listed, taking into account the wide variety of factors listed above.Fisker Group Inc.
