The Role Gala is excited to announce our Games teams in Chile are adding to their teams on these amazing games. The Quality Assurance team owns the testing process, risk management, and quality evaluation of all products and functions across your assigned game. Our team works closely with developers and production to ensure the best possible user experience for our community and customers.

Responsibilities
You will be responsible for all aspects of QA on our game and will be integral to providing our players with a smooth, bug-free player experience The QA Lead will also be responsible for creating and maintaining test cases and ensuring that proper test time is available for releases Responsible for resource management and prioritization Detailed tracking and timely reporting of work progress and deliverables to Production, Development, and QA Management Diagnose and communicate issues at a high-quality level (i.e., complex bug troubleshooting and scheduling conflicts) to upper management You will help manage test operations and build a hybrid internal and external QA staff. You work collaboratively with all feature owners, foster teamwork, and offer clean, concise feedback. Essential Skills and Qualifications 5+ years of Quality Assurance Experience in game development 2+ years managing QA professionals Understanding of general testing and QA methodologies, processes, and terminologies Knowledge of game production process and workflows Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and spoken Autonomous and proactive attitude Problem-solving and open-minded Experience with development pipelines and workflows Experience working with remote test teams Experience shipping live service games Experience with release management best practices Self-motivated, stellar work ethic, fun collaborator Excited by problem-solving Fearless Nice-to-Have Skills and Qualifications Passionate and driven to work in an innovative environment #LI-Onsite
