Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategies that support the company's mission and goals in coding education for kids. Ensure efficient utilization of company resources to deliver high-quality educational programs. Monitor key performance metrics and drive operational efficiencies across all programs and initiatives. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including parents, educators, and community partners.
