As our Head of Growth, we expect you to evolve and disrupt our organization, our design teams and users experience by:Develop and implement growth strategies, leveraging your expertise in commercial, design, technological, analytical, and creative capabilities.Identify and evaluate disruptive business opportunities that align with clients; goals and objectives.Lead the design and execution of innovative solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation.Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape.Drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth through effective marketing and sales strategies.Collaborate with clients to develop and execute business plans, including financial projections and performance metrics.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to optimize business performance.Manage and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies relevant to growth strategies.Budget definition and control for projects on Growth area.Lead the relationship with the client in specific topics, mainly growth areas.Management of the areas needs and their delivery plan, providing the necessary analyzes and recommendations.Coordination and management of the relationship with the rest of the verticals and support areasDefinition of control model and KPIs internally and for customer projects.Identify trends to optimize investment and improvement opportunities for customers and Raven.We would like you to have:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.Proven experience in a similar role, driving growth initiatives and delivering measurable results.Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of commercial, design, technological, analytical, and creative capabilities.Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver on tight deadlines.Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.Passion for innovation, disruptive technologies, and driving business growth.Desired experience:Minimum of 10 years of experience in a strategic growth or similar role.Track record of successfully developing and executing growth strategies, resulting in measurable business impact.Experience in industries undergoing rapid transformation or disruption is highly desirable.Proven experience in managing and mentoring teams to achieve high performance and professional growth.Experience working with startups, entrepreneurial ventures, or consulting firms is a plus.Familiarity with emerging technologies, such as artificial intelligence, blockchain, or machine learning, is an advantage.Our benefits! ????
