**JobSummary**
This position is responsible for the organization,scheduling of staff, and directing of the warehouse on a day-to-daywork plan, controls outbound and inbound shipments and sustainaccuracy of inventory levels.
**Responsibilities**:
-Responsible for the daily scheduling of warehouse personnel to ensureproper staffing in order to select and receive products at thefacility in a productive and cost-efficient manner.
- Plandepartmental resources and activities in relation to companyobjectives and set targets.
- Track dead stock, goods aging,consumption, and manpower.
- Directs the day-to-day activities ofthe warehouse. Such activities include shipping, receiving,sanitation, maintenance, inventory control, etc.
- Generateswarehouse productivity reports, in regard to selection rates,receiving rates, and accounts for all labor hours, both direct andindirect.
- Follow up & control daily absence
- Organizeoperational activities and assign responsibilities for staffaccordingly.
- Implement training and cross-training of staff.
-Promote constant motivation among staff to strive for an efficient andeffective department.
- Maintain and ensure accurate inventoryrecords (verify accuracy of incoming/outgoing shipments)
- Read andanalyze charts, work orders, production schedules, and other recordsand reports in order to determine production requirements and evaluatecurrent production estimates and outputs.
- Responsible formaintenance of warehouse equipment, providing both preventivemaintenance programs and all necessary repairs. Ensures that thewarehouse personnel have safe, efficient equipment in order to performthe distribution functions.
- Responsible for warehouse safetyprograms in order to provide a safe and clean workplace foremployees.
**Job Requirements**
**Education &Experience**:
- (3) Three years supervisory experience in awarehouse environment
- Knowledge of warehouse and manufacturingprocedures
- Must be bilingual English/Spanish

**Work Conditions and Physical Demands**
- Open totravel for training to different sites USA & DR.
