Be Bayer.**Main Purpose**Responsible for the correctness of the Payroll calculation in alignment within the Conosur HROPs organization.**Your mission Will be to**- Ensure payroll and document presentation in government agencies and global guideliness- Update monthly data in GHP (legal discounts, legal payments, legal benefits, tax and social security)- Supervision of monthly update of GHP data of seasonals workers done by vendor- Supervision, control and advise: time & attendance of seasonals and monthly workers- Legal tax control and annual presentation- Presentation of Previred (social security payment) permanent & temporary employees- Implements Operational Excellence initiatives: e.g.: systems developments, legal requeriments.- Analyzes and controls accounting accounts related with Payroll- Prepare local report to others areas: taxes, social security.- Prepare annual taxes DJ 1887.- Participation in cross projects (scope: Payroll)- Focal point for Front Office inquiries that requires back office responses.- Control and follow-up of 3rd parties contractors regarding labor and social security legal obligations.**Unlock your Potencial**- Required Qualifications: HR Professional or similar- Required Knowledge: National Labor Law, Payroll local process, Taxes, Accounting- Availability to visit sites (Temuco, Viluco, Melipilla, Santa Julia, Paine) when requiredYOUR APPLICATIONThis is your opportunity to tackle the world's biggest challenges with us: Maintaining our health, feeding growing populations and slowing the rate of climate change.
