Who we are looking for: We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated HR Business Partner to join our People Team at VML Chile.In this keyrole, you will spearhead our talent acquisition, development, and retention efforts, playing a key role in fostering a culture of inclusion and diversity. As a trusted advisor to our leaders and employees, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of our organization and make a meaningful impact on our team.

What you'll do: Collaborate with the Chief People Officer to manage HR projects and needs. Identify needs in talent, development, and trainings in collaboration with team leaders. Implement talent development and management programs to promote employee growth and retention. Lead the recruitment and selection process, identifying high-quality talent and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Facilitate effective communication between teams and management to improve transparency and collaboration. Design and implement strategies to promote an inclusive and diverse culture throughout the organization. Stay informed about HR trends and best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement. Develop and implement effective internal communication strategies to keep employees informed about organizational changes and professional development opportunities. What you'll need: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Organizational Psychology, or related fields. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in marketing and advertising agencies. Intermediate to advanced level of English. Deep knowledge of talent management principles, organizational culture, and inclusion. Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team. Internal customer orientation and ability to build trusted relationships with employees and leaders.
