Salary: 100110k (could go to 120k) Plus full benefits
Our client seeks a candidate for a Hydraulic Inside Sales / Counter Sales Manager position in San Antonio TX. Work for a company that is a fullservice hydraulic service and repair company and who also represents some hydraulic product lines from some the most recognized brands in the industry and they also provide exceptional customer field service work.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Promote and sell hydraulic and pneumatic products to current and new accounts Develop interpersonal relationships with regular counter email and phone customers Identify and fulfill customer product and if applicable service requirements Provide application engineering assistance to customers Willing to work overtime providing support to an overtime team a few days per month including weekends and periodic oncall service Position manages a group of 8 sales team members Must be willing to attend inhouse and external product and sales training as required All employees are required to become MSHA trained w/annual updates QUALIFICATIONS: Prefer a Certified Fluid Power Specialist (CFPS) or Certified Fluid Power Hydraulic Specialist (CFPHS) Years of experience are open depending on the extent of hydraulic product knowledge Prior experience in hose assemblies and identifying metric and SAE threads Personnel management background required Strong communication skills problem solving listening and phone skills Ability to multitask Works well under pressure Goal oriented and dedication to excellence Good computer and software skills required including Microsoft Excel Hose/Fittings Certification Preferred BENEFITS :
