Therefore, you have a strong technical understanding and excellent communication skills.Must be flexible to work in EST and PST time zones as needed.Key ResponsibilitiesWorking collaboratively with our globally distributed teams you will:- Lead project assignments with little oversight- Plan and execute IT projects for multiple clients including infrastructure deployments, cloud migrations, and automation engagements.- Coordinate and manage the entire project, including scope, following up on project activities, schedule, resources, and quality by working in a matrix-based organization with the engineering and product delivery teams- Manage the relationship with clients, and manage communications between the clients and the internal teams.- Manage project KPIs including scope, effort, schedule, cost, and quality- Conduct post-project lessons learned meetings and ensure identified improvements are incorporated in our tools and processes- Maintain and report on Risk, Actions, Issues and Decision (RAID Log) for projects- Provide regular status updates (project dashboard and status reports) and lead project reviews- Collaborate with fellow project managers on project staffing and task allocation, standardization, and process improvements- Provide feedback to technical teams leads on the performance of the project team.Qualifications and experience you will need:- Project Management certification required (e.g. Project Management Institute (PMI) certified, as a PMP)- Minimum of 5 years of IT project management experience including managing digital transformation teams in an agile and waterfall environment- Minimum of 5 years of experience working for in an IT consulting firm- External Client Project Management experiences- Demonstrated Project Management experience in IT systems development and management.- Demonstrated experience leading IT infrastructure, DevOps, and software development projects in the following technology areas - cloud (Azure, AWS), networking, network security, Citrix, ServiceNow- Demonstrated knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)- Working knowledge of MS Project, JIRA, and ServiceNow is preferred- Degree in Computer Science or in a related fieldYour Skills:- Strong customer service orientation and skilled at setting and managing customer expectations- Demonstrated ability to present and interact effectively with clients, and stakeholders- Ability to think and work systematically and logically to realize results- Ability to manage multiple projects- Ability to work, deliver and steer under pressure- Demonstrated ability to utilize project management tools to plan and manage projects- Comfortable working remotely and independently on both local and global projects- Motivated in personal growth and development- Ability to problem solve, think critically, and have strong analytical, organizational, project management, and decision-making skill set- Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills, both internally and with clients- People Management and leadership skillsWhat We Offer- A team of bright, hard-working, and innovative people that will contribute to your growth- Competitive compensation packageOtherThis is a remote work opportunity.ClosingMobiz embraces diversity and is committed to building a team that represents a variety of backgrounds, perspectives, and skills.
