Assist in the coordination and delivery of customer shipments.**Deberes y responsabilidades principales**: Assist the customer service representatives with the management of international orders. Responsible for transmitting pending order and invoice files to the international subsidiaries. Assist customer service representatives in editing, scheduling, maintaining, and entering orders. Invoice and prepare shipment documentation for the international markets. Register orders, prepare order files, and complete other general filing. Issue credits and debits for product redeployment among international subsidiaries. Assist with written and verbal communications as required by the customer service representatives. Compile export sales projections received from the customer service representatives and submit to Finance. Perform general duties as assigned by customer service representatives or management.**Requisitos de Educación / Experiência**: - High School Diploma or equivalent with 0 to 3 years relevant work experience.**Requisitos de Viaje**: N/A
