**Location/Division Specific Information**At our CTD in Santiago de Chile**How will you make an impact? (Objective)**To increase the warehouse and distribution productivity, managing a multicultural team aligns with the key metrics of the Site.**What will you do? (Responsibilities)**- Monitor and control the production environment.- Ensuring and guaranteeing the correct functioning of the site- Approve and monitor the service contracts of suppliers and third-party companies.- Expansion Projects when applicable.- Manage Multicultural Work Teams- Monitor and track the storage conditions of materials and products- Ensure the maintenance of equipment leaving them available- Develop Improvement Projects (PPI)- Support regional standardization processes- Improve and manage operations indicators (KPI)**How will you get here?****Education****Career: Industrial / Mechanical engineering, Business Administration,****Experience (Technical knowledge/Experience)**- Strong experience, 5-10 years, working in a Transnational or 3PL company in Operational and administrative tasks related to CTD's.**Knowledge, Skills, Abilities**- ** 3PL/CTD Management**:- Key Performance Indicators- Advanced level of Excel- Ideally experience with ERP Oracle (JDE)- 90% English language.At Thermo Fisher Scientific, each one of our 70,000 extraordinary minds has a unique story to tell.
