Lugar: CL - Maipu PlantRepresentante de Adquisición de Talento de Goodyear: Heather RodriguezLI-HR1**Primary Purpose of the Position**:- Keep Safety Standards in WH/Plant Operations & Layout.- Responsible for implementation of all PEC subcommittees in warehouse areas.- Manage the inbound flow of products (FG, RMs, MRO & Molds) from port arrival, custom, transportation, storage & internal plant supply for production consumption.- Manage the outbound flow of products (FG, RMs, MRO & Molds) from plant WH, transportation, custom & ocean carriers.- Owner of 3PL, Transportation (Drayage & Local distribution) & Custom Broker contracts, manage the correct compliance of the contract based on GYR Standards and Expectations.- Close control over the logistics costs, reporting and communicating any changes vs AOP or estimates.- Implement continues improvements to the process looking efficiency and cost saving initiatives.- Be the link for the local sales/supply team and support local sales objectives.- Main contact point for LAT Regional team & NAT internal client to provide the best service and quality information.- Manage the relationship with Ocean Carriers.**Principle Duties and Responsibilities**:Safety: Osha Cases, NM Generation, Safety Conditions Management.Operations: Volume Kg/Units/cont Imported/Exported.Outsoursing KPIs:Custom Broker: Presentation on time, port extracosts, ASN/DOC/ISF on time.Transportation: Presentation on time, delivery on time.3PL: Safety/Quality/Operations.Cost:NCO / Inbound / Outbound / SAG / RMs Operations, Headwings & Savings, Demurrages & Detentions.Communication & Relationship:Amount of Credit Notes, complains, shipping errors.**Education**:- Civil, Industrial or logistic Engineer with knowledge in SAP, COMEX (Foreign Trade), Logistics & distribution.- Advance English, written and speaking.- 5 years' experience in similar positions.**Experience**:- At least 5 years of experience in a similar position.- Experience in logistics processes, warehouse operation; knowledge of SAP, in the area of WM, Transportation & Purchasing.- Knowledge of Foreign Trade and Management of operations in ports, customs and airports.- Knowledge of Export and Import processes.- Transportation management.- KPI and Logistics Management control.- Continuous Improvement Projects.**Knowledge**:- Natural Leader.- High Ethical Behavior.- Teamwork.- Multi-Skill.- Advanced English, written and spoken.- Ability to work under pressure.- Effective communication.- Situational leadership.- Multifunctional Problem Analysis.- Event Prioritization.- SAP, Excel, Word & Power Point.Goodyear es una organización que ofrece igualdad de oportunidades en el empleo.
