We are searching for the best talent for Logistics Operations Supervisor (Warehouse & Distribution), to be in Santiago de Chile . Purpose: The position is responsible for the analysis of the planning, alignment and execution of Logistics area activities related to inventory, consignment, and its processes. Coordinate and analysis of the KPIs and correct execution of the Inventory analysis, financial support, consignment plans for improvement of all the processes of this area. This person works directly with deliver leaders to ensure strong working relationships and processes, resulting in achievement of stated final project objectives. Responsibilities: • Use Global Deliver Operations processes to enact product changes and changes to supply chain flows.
This role will plan for seamless transitions from the 'as is' configuration to the 'to be' state.
Incorporate project management excellence and LEAN methodology. • Identify and pro-actively mitigate risks throughout the entire Deliver processes. • Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures. • Analytics & Metrics Management - Lead the weekly metrics review.
Develop the maturity of the Metrics for Customer Service E2E. • Lead with customers the proper execution of inventory control outside the warehouse, and with 3PL inside the warehouse. • Review Inventory Control for Consignment and create efficiencies in the process. • Responsible for implementation of project related to Customer Service. • Lead the JJOS/Lean/Six Sigma Programs (Organize/Lead Gemba walks, Lightbulb meetings, data-based decision making to drive continuous improvement). • Project Execution / Project Management - participate on key business projects.
Gain fundamental understanding of Quality Management System and Project Execution.
Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in business, Logistics or Engineering. • Plus 5 years of experience in Operations, Logistics and/or Customer Services • LEAN material flow, planning & scheduling knowledge, a must. • Process Excellence certification or validated solid understanding, a plus. • Knowledge and proficiency in SAP is a must. • Administration of Power BI is a plus. • Knowledge and experience in Medical Industry is a plus. • Strong analytical skills with capability to query systems to extract sets of data for analysis. • Accuracy with high attention to details. • Sense of urgency and ability to prioritize tasks. • Advanced Excel knowledge. • Demonstrated ability to manage complexity. • Good verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to work within a project methodological context. • Ability to work across multiple functional organizations and levels in a multicultural and global / matrix environment. • Demonstrated partnering and influencing skills. • Fluency in English is required.
