**Company**: Nissan Motor Asia Pacific Co., Ltd.**Working Location**: Empire Building**Hiring Condition**: Permanent**Job Description**:Aftersales strategy and roadmap management for improved business.Support Importers in delivering parts target and other related targets by providing them right guidance.Collection of best practices from network development and Aftersales and create repository.Develop & drive marketing plan along with markets to improve aftersales retention and overall performance(Customer journey, service marketing, campaigns, seasonal activity etc.).Collect Aftersales monthly report from each market and analyze the data.Electric vehicle market preparedness before the launch (Parts/ tools/ process).importer & dealer visit to audit, check processes and facility (Gemba).Accessories business enhancement.New product development from Aftersales perspective (2nd line parts etc.).Prepare and successfully execute regional skill competitionControl the departmental budget and keep monthly track of it.Ad-hoc/ Monthly/ report preparation including power point presentation.Implement Nissan Process at Importers and dealers.Network Development and monitoring the performance of the dealers, analysis and implement countermeasures.**Qualifications**:Master's or bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Economics, or related fieldsAt least 10 - 15 years working experience in field operations, Parts operations, Service marketing, automotive background requiredMature, energetic, proactive, reliable, hands-on with achieve-orientedStrong business acumen, strategic thinking, and analytical skillsWell-organized, initiative, and entrepreneurial mindsetOutstanding leadership, decision-making, and communication skillsHigh competency working with all levels and functionsFind and search more jobs on Nissan Global Career SiteWhy Nissan?You will definitely get the right answers why you should join us through watching the video on Youtube.Bangkok ThailandBangkok Thailand
