Scopes, plans and manages one or more engagement work streams, ensuring quality, cost and delivery requirements are achieved; structures deliverable content and develops recommendations and solutions.2. Documents and communicates associate performance feedback; mentors staff (where applicable)6. Develops and presents portions of client proposals.7. Performs related duties as assigned.What your background should look like EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:_Advanced degree highly preferred, such as PharmD, MBA, MHA, MS, PMP; minimum of 5 - 7 years hospital/health system experience, with at least 3 years in a manager, director, project manager role, or minimum or 5 - 8 years in a supervisory or project lead consulting role, preferably within the healthcare field; relevant experience and/or certification in Lean, or Six Sigma, or Project Management highly preferred.- MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:_1. Demonstrated experience and knowledge of problem solving, performance improvement, process and clinical analysis methods and approaches3. Strong analytic skills required including proficiency in systems such as Microsoft Excel, PowerBi, or Tableau.4. Hands on experience in health system EHR systems (i.e. EPIC, Cerner) is preferred5. The ability to effectively manage large, multi-disciplinary projects is a required.6. High caliber oral and written presentation skills are a must.7.
