Marketing Coordinator I

**Job Summary**:The Marketing Coordinator I will provide administrative and project support for a variety of marketing programs.**Primary Responsibilities**:- Assist the marketing team with planning, implementing, and monitoring marketing campaigns.- Assist with creation and reporting of marketing campaigns in CRM.- Obtain and manage marketing phone numbers, and manage the routing of marketing calls, recordings, and call distribution.- Manage content translations as needed.- Coordinate and interact with marketing-related suppliers in the country to create and order marketing material and other stationery (e.g., print shops, post office, business cards, etc.)- Help organize and coordinate marketing events such as conferences, webinars, and trade shows.- Provide support to the sales teams and the sales process by creating reports for marketing campaigns and assisting with analysis of data.- Create and update activity control reports and marketing campaigns weekly.- Support data research projects as needed.- Conduct market research and analyze consumer rating reports/ questionnaires if necessary.- Provide CRM training to employees to prepare them to perform their activities and functions.- Other duties may be assigned.**Qualifications****Education**:- Associates degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.**Experience**:- 0-2 years of related experience- English or Spanish - advanced preferred.**Technical Skills**:- Microsoft Office proficiency (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)- Internet and database management (Microsoft Dynamics, Power Bi)**Soft Skills**:- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.- Ability to work independently and meet monthly deadlines.- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines.- Self-motivated; able to complete tasks and respond to department requests and with others to utilize their resources and knowledge to identify quality solutions.- Strong relationship-development skills resulting in long-term, mutually beneficial relationships**Physical Requirements**:- Sitting at a desk for 6-8 hours a day- Working on a computer for 6-8 hours a day
