Merchant Claims, Lead Analyst**Basic Purpose**Respond to merchant inquiries in regard to concerns with their settlement deposits and charges in accordance with SLAs and their merchant contract.**Essential Functions**- Analyze and advise on clarifications to affiliated businesses derived from unrecognized charges, unapplied deposits and additional services that the business requests.- Reconciliation of sales or returns applied to businesses according to the reporting of EVO systems.- Application of SOX controls in each of the activities described.- Support Chile General Manager and his team in all settlement-related matters under direction of the Chile Settlement Director, Chile Settlement Manager, and Merchant Settlement Supervisor**Required Experience**2-4 years as an Analyst in the financial sector (preferably in Payment Acquiring Industry).**Minimum Qualifications**- Bachelor's degree and 2 years in an Analyst role in the financial sector or 4 years work experience as an Analyst in the financial sector.- Able to speak basic English.- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel- Basic Accounting knowledge
