About the Role Are you seeking an opportunity to have an impact, innovate through your problem solving, and grow professionally? In this role you will take ownership of building new business pipeline, forecasting opportunities and constructing territory and account plans to achieve your quota.
This is a hybrid role - our team collaborates in-person in our office in Santiago 2-3 days/week. We encourage our employees to work from our office on additional days if they desire to do so.
What the Candidate Will Do Prospect into Mid-Market accounts within 1,000 - 5,000 employeesTransmit the value of the Uber for Business platform to our corporate customersDevelop Uber for Business pipeline within a defined territory / book of businessLead and coordinate end-to-end sales motion for corporate customers including qualification, education, pricing/quoting, contract negotiation to close dealsBuild meaningful relationships to gain strong positioning with decision makers while driving growth of net new businessReach out to key decision makers and prospect into industries most likely to close in faster deal cyclesWork with our teams to ensure effective launch of U4B once you close a company on the platformContinuously assess customers' evolving needs and aligning Uber for Business's value propositionBasic Qualifications Great English Proficiency3+ proven experience in sales fieldsOutstanding listening, communication, and organizational skillsConsistent track record in multi-tasking and follow through, while paying attention to detailSalesforce expertiseBuilding and completing territory and account plansStrategical thinkingWe welcome people from all backgrounds who seek the opportunity to help build a future where everyone and everything can move independently. Offices continue to be central to collaboration and Uber's cultural identity. Unless formally approved to work fully remotely, Uber expects employees to spend at least half of their work time in their assigned office.
