Important responsibilities in this role will include: • Providing reporting support to the onshore client analytics team
• Collaborating with the team in regard to day-to-day manual collation
• Developing automated data collation and maintenance processes
• Handling MIS reporting for internal stakeholders and maintaining good rapport with external vendors
• Being responsible for deliverables and their timely completion
• Generating weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports on client activities
• Communicating with global stakeholders to get tasks completed
• Recognizing opportunities to improve the quality (accuracy, timeliness, and breadth) of data
• Operating across a diverse organization in order to ensure a complete understanding of management information requirements and themes
• Working with autonomy and attention to detail
• Being able to challenge processes, delivery, and decisions wherever required, employing an appropriate level of knowledge and understanding to validate the challenge
• Overseeing the ownership of all process automation/new project requirements for the FP&A/Finance team

Skills we're looking for: • University graduates or any relevant technical degree with 0 to 2 years of experience with the ability to think outside of the box for quick solutions
• Good understanding of sell-side business (Research)
• Advanced skills with Excel, Qlikview, and Tableau, as well as experience working with large data sets
• Excellent communication skills (advanced English)
• Flexibility with work schedule, if required
