Depuy Synthes is recruiting for a **MITEK Marketing Specialist **, located in **Santiago de Chile **.Key Responsibilities:Coordinates and ensures assistance to sales staff through the provision of research, creation, and improvement of sales support and presentation materials, supervises the arranging of trade shows and conferences (attending when necessary) and maintains data on appropriate market conditions.Evaluate the efficiency of the company's sales and marketing programs.Recommends and implements changes and improvements for future programs to expand sales and profitability.Analyzes and interprets market conditions in existing and potential markets, and makes recommendations to management.Explores new ways to promote existing products and provides input on existing product modifications.Coordinates product development feasibility projects: assessing the feasibility of proposed new products, researching the accurate market and competitor information, planning effective introduction to the market, preparing new product sales support and presentation materials, etc.Reviews and evaluates market research and test market activities and creates reports using the data.Facilitates the administration of surveys, interprets survey data, and builds detailed reports.Portfolio management: coordinate all tasks involved with portfolio S&OP, forecast, pricing, rationalizations, market insights, etc.Product Launch: lead Launch excellence process.Interacting & integrating with Regional and Local Marketing teams, sales teams, Supply Chain teams, Regulatory Affairs, Medical Affairs, Profed, HCC, etcDevelop and implement Marketing plans together with Regional Marketing teams and ensure execution supporting sales teams.Responsible for Southern Cluster, not eligible for sales incentives or commissions.**Qualifications**:Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or health professionals with marketing or commercial experience.Minimum experience of 3 years in Marketing roles.
