We are looking for the next generation of graduates who will continue to innovate across different areas of our business and support the energy, digital and industrial transitions of our customers. As an Equans graduate you will have the exciting opportunity to experience the diverse and interesting world of one of the UK's biggest facilities management organisations.Starting in September, you will join our induction with all the other graduates in your cohort to start building your network and understanding of the Business before your specific placement commences. During your scheme, you will experience operational and functional roles alongside our Operational teams. Your time on the graduate scheme will span across a 2-year period, and you will complete between two to four rotations of either 6 or 12 months in length depending on the project type and department. You could be a part of the largest facilities management contracts in the UK where we work in partnership with some of the UK's biggest hospitals or helping to mobilise our newest contract wins.
