We are passionate about maintenance and proud of ensuring we achieve our customers´goals in the most professional way.Quant is headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden, and continues as a leader in the provision of professional industrial maintenance services with a global presence, we are located all over the world within approximately 90 facilities and has about 2500 employees.To Quant in **Chile** we are now looking for a **Operations Manager****About the job**Implement, manage and control the process of the general operation of the areas, sites or centers of execution of Quant's service, following the guidelines and principles, technical, quality, safety and environmental care delivered by the Company.**Responsibilities**- Ensure that all operations are conducted in an appropriate and cost effective manner.- Implement processes and best practices in relation to the company's service delivery model (MMMP).- Formulate strategies to optimize service delivery processes, as well as the company's internal processes related to the operation.- Improve the performance of the resources in charge and ensure compliance with customer agreements.- Ensure strict compliance with all quality standards, safety and internal regulations of the entire operational team.- Control and comply with the goals defined in the process indicators of the service unit that relate to Quant's operational unit.- Follow corporate procedures and instructions associated with its scope of action.- Transmit experiences and optimize group work.- Participate with sales areas in the prospecting, engineering or follow-up phase of a project and in the implementation of these.- Search and analyze new business opportunities to increase the scope of the projects / contracted services.- Manage the adequate fulfillment of the training and succession plan of the personnel under his charge.**Qualifications**Civil Engineer with a degree in Electricity, Electronics, Automation, Mechanics, Industrial or related careers.**Knowledge and Experience**- 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance processes.- Financial knowledge.- Understanding of production processes.- Quality tools associated with continuous improvement.- Knowledge of safety, occupational health and environmental regulations.- Office skills (advanced).**Competences**- Strategic Business Vision- Analytical Skills- Leadership- Strategic Planning- cNPs Management Systems (Customers)- eNPs Management Systems (People)- Knowledge of QUANT Operations Model, Desirable- Knowledge of Auditing- Occupational Health, Safety, Quality and Environment Standards and Regulations - ISO Standards- Leadership skills- Teamwork- General Knowledge Computer Tools- Interpretation of ISO 45001 - 9001 - 14001 Standards**Working at Quant**To enjoy working at Quant, you should be a responsible person who sees opportunities to continually develop our processes and systems, and is passionate about maintenance.
