Operations & Strategy Manager

**About the Role****What You'll Do**- Be the operational glue that holds together major team efforts for large and strategic projects, initiatives and product deployments, helping Operations Team to meet profitability goals- Support the Uber team through defining precise actions on the city and region-wide projects with an expansion and implementation focus - You'll see the immediate impact of your decisions in the market!- Develop Strategic Insights - Take big picture ideas and break them into actionable steps to understand the marketplace the company is in and develop insights that will help us deliver our main projects- Work closely with the operations teams to streamline processes by managing and working with different stakeholders in order to set initiatives, campaigns, budgets, and projects along the region- Be Resourceful and Take Initiative. Take ownership of Uber's growth in your city and do everything you can to support and enhance the quality of our services and products**What You'll Need**- Data-driven & analytical approach- Hands-on orientation- Develop analytical and decision frameworks to support product, channel, and site strategies- Problem Solving ability to solve business contingencies- Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience in Finance, Consulting, Investment Banking, Business Intelligence or related fields.- Professional proficiency in English and Spanish- Experience with SQL or any other programming language it's strongly preferred but not exclusively requiredUber is proud to be an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
