With a presence stretching from Johannesburg to Vancouver, Sydney to Lima, you are part of a global brand that supports creativity, fosters innovation and encourages you to think big, share ideas and be yourself.**Job Purpose**:This position will be conducting performance assurance activities, including but not limited to technical and usage assessments, assisted operations, data analysis with active participation in continuous improvement initiatives aimed to increase efficiency and productivity at Modular's client mine operations, under the leadership of the Customer Services Administrator.**Travel Requirements**:25%**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:Operations: Technical Support & Service- Generate, implement and present KPI of Data Integrity, system reliability and other relevant KPI according the scope of PA visit- Assess mine operations performance using data analysis including fleet utilization, fleet productivity, cycle effectiveness, loading process, etc.- Perform technical troubleshooting and fixes along with assistance from technical support staff.- Follow up on activities resulting from a site visit compliance, KPI's- Participate in create site visit reports & action items- Monitor customer performanceApplications observation- Work with the Dispatch operator to observe and review usage of the system- Establish improvement opportunities such as training, assisted operations and advise on system usage and navigation- Document & communicate findings to the client- Create and execute an activity plan targeting performance issues observed during the PA visit**Required Skills**:**Required Skills**:- Engineering degree in computer science (non-mandatory)- Desirable experience in continuous improvement projects and customer services.- Good knowledge in programming and data analysis tools (Programming languages, SQL, data visualization)- Customer focus, commitment to excellence- Good written and verbal communication skills- Intermediate to Advance English proficiency- Desirable knowledge of Modular products and Mining Operations- Availability to travel**Desired Skills**:Komatsu is an Equal Opportunity Workplace and an Affirmative Action Employer.
