People & Culture Coordinator / Recruiter

Aufgaben Strabag Chile is looking for professionals to cover its People & Culture Coordinator/Recruiter positions in Santiago, Calama and Rancagua. The role will report directly to the People & Culture Partner and will be responsible for: Overseeingthe entire recruitment process to attract the best talent and filling the openpositions in the company.Supportingthe People & Culture Partner to implement the development processes inprojects/central office such as onboarding, exit interviews, performancemanagement and training.Reportingof P&C KPIs to the People & Culture Partner.Assisting in the implementation of change and digitalization. Qualifikationen Bachelor's degree in Psychology; Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.Demonstrated experience of at least 4 years in similar HR roles, desirable in Construction companies.Strong knowledge of Organizational Development, Recruitment and Selection, User Support, and Training.Advanced level proficiency in Excel.Upper-intermediate level proficiency in Spanish and English (written and spoken).Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Results-oriented and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
