As People Services Leader, we will count on you and your team to engage, connect, and collaborate with people function colleagues all over the world to ensure FLSmidth provides best-in-class service for the employees & managers through the hire-to-retire lifecycle. Your responsibilities Manage the overall service delivery of the people services team ensuring the requests are responded to and resolved within the agreed Service LevelsEnsure high-quality support is delivered to the employees and managers reaching out to People ServicesManage all transactions related to people processes across the employee lifecycle starting from Hire to RetireManage Reorganizations, bulk uploads, or changes supporting seasonal events like Performance Reviews, Annual Salary Reviews, etc…Overall responsible for data quality audits and subsequent corrective and preventive action plansLead the team of People Service specialists across different countries supporting the global organizationResponsible for training the people service team and providing adequate support and guidance to deliver their responsibilityManage escalations internally and close the loop with relevant stakeholders for prompt actions to avoid dissatisfaction and future errorsAnalyze Employee / Manager queries and provide suggestions or ideas for process improvementsAnalyze performance trends on the defined KPIs.
