Job Description:
Were in search of a highly skilled Performance Marketing Specialist with expertise across multiple channels particularly Google Ads Facebook Ads GetApp Capterra and SourceForge. The ideal candidate will be an absolute badass at driving results across these platforms with a particular emphasis on Google Ads.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute multichannel performance marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive customer acquisition for campgrounds and RV parks.
Manage endtoend campaigns across Google Ads Facebook Ads GetApp Capterra and SourceForge including campaign setup ad creation audience targeting bidding strategies and ongoing optimization.
Conduct comprehensive analysis of campaign performance data across all channels to identify trends insights and areas for improvement.
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align multichannel campaigns with broader marketing objectives and strategies.
Stay informed about industry trends new features and best practices across all advertising platforms with a particular focus on Google Ads.
Proactively explore and test new advertising channels and tactics to expand our digital advertising reach and effectiveness.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in marketing advertising or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in performance marketing with a strong emphasis on Google Ads and demonstrated expertise across Facebook Ads GetApp Capterra and SourceForge.
Proficiency in Google Ads including campaign setup keyword research ad copywriting bid management and performance tracking.
Experience with Facebook Ads Manager as well as familiarity with other advertising platforms such as GetApp Capterra and SourceForge.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decisionmaking and campaign optimization.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively within a crossfunctional team environment.
Detailoriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
Experience in the travel and hospitality industry is advantageous.
