Importation and exportation.- Manage the warehousing supplier to ensure: Productivity initiatives, Q&R, and performance compliance.- Manage local distribution carriers and plan the logistics to deliver the systems to end customers.- Accountable for brokerage, warehousing, and transportation performance to achieve the internal customer SLA.- Teaming up with the planning central and customer service team to support the daily business.- Manage and keep costs budget for operational costs.- Lead, manage and ensure the Spare parts inventory are in aging and target defined.- Lead inventory reduction initiatives based on targets defined.- Manage the reverse logistics from hospital to final international destination, ensuring achieve the lead time defined.- Keep inventory accuracy between 3PL and Philips WMS.- Be a continuous improvement agent, leading and working with initiatives to manage and innovate the current processes.**You are a part of**A multidisciplinary team engaged to deliver the best supply chain strategy to impact People's lives based on Philips mission.
