Product Analyst

**Scope**:The Product Analyst will report to the Product Manager will support the Key Account Management group in all areas specific to product planning, reporting, and sales support for the country group.***- Conduct forecast meeting with Mobile Kam and adjust the forecast based on supplier feedback and sales trends- Evaluate sales forecasts and report them to the relevant departments- Request the required products from the purchasing department to meet the revised forecasts with the sales team. Coordinate with logistics for product arrival and plan necessary rework to ensure availability for sale within the required timeframe. Keep all relevant departments informed about product availability and any associated delays- Keep the price list updated and inform the sales team of any changes or new products added- Evaluate new product launches and develop launch strategies in collaboration with the marketing and sales teams- Perform market analysis based on information received from GFK, as well as information from our own customer suppliers and import reports- Monitor additional funds generated for promotions or payment of logístical fees or rebates- Prepare Sell In / Sell Out and Sellthru reports to provide visibility to the sales department**Requirements**:- Bachelor's Degree in Administration, accounting or business field- Solid Excel practical knowledge- 2 years minimum experience in a similar position, ideally in Consumer Electrononics market- Experience managing orders and booking appointments for the major retailers- Excellent communication and presentation skills- Organized and methodical- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to develop innovative solutions- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Must have planning skills- Must have an intermediate level of English
