As a Product Owner at WinDifferent, you'll play a crucial role in driving the vision and direction of our products. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring the development of high-quality features that meet user needs. You'll be responsible for overseeing projects from conception to completion, managing timelines, budgets, and resources, and ensuring that deliverables meet quality standards.

What You Will Do:
- Lead cross-functional projects, discovering insights that will guide strategic decisions and uncover optimization opportunities.
- Build and maintain data models, reporting systems, dashboards, and performance metrics that support key business decisions.
- Create and implement technical processes to address business challenges and drive efficiency
- Oversee the reports and insights that analyze business functions and key operations.
- Recruit, train, develop, and supervise a team of analysts, fostering a culture of growth and collaboration.
- Streamline data intake, validation, mining, and engineering processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Examine, interpret, and report results of analytical initiatives to stakeholders.
- Project future demands for initiatives involving people, technology, budget, and business.
- Effectively communicate the results and business impacts of insight initiatives to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Here's what we are looking for:
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager.
- Strong background in utilizing metrics, OKRs, and KPIs to drive decision-making and measure product success.
- Technical background is desirable in C#, SQL, Angular, and AWS.
- Familiarity with Agile Software development methodologies and practices.
- Remarkable project management and interpersonal skills.
- Strong team player and collaborator.
- Advanced English level.
