Your role includes:- Provide technical selling support to inside, field and digital sales.- Work closely to regional and global product specialists to develop your technical know-how.- Consistently meet and exceed quota in delivering efficient sales pipeline.- Deliver technical training to sales reps, based on priorities and needs.- Support launch and marketing of new product introduction.- Perform in company and lab product demos.- Work closely to Field Marketing specialists in order to develop tactical plan and successfully implement portfolio and segment marketing plans- Support conferences and tradeshows by direct connecting with customers and key opinion leaders.**Who you are**:- Master's Degree or PhD in Biological Science, Biomedicine or correlated field with 3+ years of relevant laboratory experience is required.- Strong experience with products related to Cell, Protein and Molecular Biology.- Desired bench top experience with performing Multiplex assays and troubleshooting, as well as PCR and/or qPCR.- Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills- Ability to lead multiple projects and align resources to assure priorities are met.- Availability to travel frequently, at least 50% of time.- Advanced English skills.Preferred Qualifications:- Strong sales and customer relationship skills.- Experience with SFDC or other CRMs.- Identify and map the Key Opinion Leader and decision makers around your territory.- Ability to maintain positive relationships and influence others.- Learn agility and ability to adapt over constant changes.- Be assertive and self-motivated.**What we offer**:We are curious minds that come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.We celebrate all dimensions of diversity.
